These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the 6wine platform and its users ("you" or "Member"). By using the 6wine website, mobile version, or any related services, you are agreeing to these Terms.

1.1 Definitions

• "Platform" refers to the 6wine website, app, and all related services.
• "Member" refers to any registered individual account holder.
• "Balance" refers to funds or bonus credits held in a Member's account.
• "Bonus" refers to promotional offers, free bets, or cashback benefits.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the total amount that must be wagered before a bonus can be withdrawn.

1.2 Scope of Applicability

These Terms apply to Members in Bangladesh. Accessing the platform means you acknowledge that using online gaming services in your current location is lawful and that you are obligated to comply with all applicable local laws.

Registering a personal account is required to play games and place bets on the 6wine platform. You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration.

2.1 Registration Requirements

• Each Member may open only one account. Operating multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited.
• The name, identity document number, and contact details provided at registration must be truthful and verifiable.
• Your account password must be kept strictly confidential and must not be shared with anyone.
• The relevant Member is responsible for any unauthorized use of their account.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

6wine may request a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued document at any time to verify a Member's identity. Withdrawal requests may be put on hold until verification is complete. This process is essential for Member security and fraud prevention.

The 6wine platform is for persons aged 21 and above only. Operating an account or depositing funds on behalf of any underage individual is strictly prohibited.

• No person under the age of 21 may register or use any service on 6wine.
• 6wine may request a national identity card or proof of date of birth at any time to verify age.
• If identified as underage, the account will be closed immediately and deposited funds will be returned, but no bonuses will apply.
• Parents and guardians are responsible for preventing their children from using 6wine.

4.1 Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (for each method).

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 10–45 minutes.
• KYC verification must be completed before withdrawing.
• Withdrawals may be restricted until any active bonus wagering requirements are met.
• Withdrawal funds are returned via the same payment method used for the deposit.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New Members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. A 15x (15 times) wagering requirement must be met before this bonus can be withdrawn.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period and conditions; see the specific offer page for details.
• A bonus may only be used once; multiple accounts or multiple members of the same household may not use the same offer.
• 6wine reserves the right to withdraw a bonus or change its conditions, with or without prior notice.
• Bets placed with bonus funds may be restricted to certain specific games.
• If a bonus is suspected to have been used for fraudulent purposes, the account will be placed under investigation and the bonus may be cancelled.

5.3 VIP Cashback

Regular Members may qualify for three VIP tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Members can advance to higher tiers based on weekly activity, and at the highest Gold tier it is possible to receive up to 1.0% cashback per week.

Various game categories are available on the 6wine platform, including slots, live casino, sports betting, and fishing games. The rules for each game are displayed within the game interface.

6.1 Fair Play

• 6wine operates games from accredited game providers only (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Microgaming, Ezugi).

6.2 Technical Errors

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited on the 6wine platform. If these are violated, the account will be closed immediately and all balances may be forfeited.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Opening or operating an account with a false identity or false information.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play games or place bets.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other Members to take advantage of bonuses (collusion).
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Threatening, harassing, or behaving in an abusive manner toward other Members or staff.
• Attempting unauthorized access to the platform's systems or networks.

8.1 Closure at Member's Request

Any Member may request closure of their account at any time. Please withdraw any available balance (subject to wagering requirements being met) before closure. Applications for temporary or permanent self-exclusion under our responsible gaming policy may also be submitted.

8.2 Closure by 6wine

6wine may temporarily or permanently close an account at any time in the following circumstances:

• If any provision of these Terms is violated.
• In the case of fraudulent activity or suspicious transactions.
• In the case of failure to complete KYC verification or provision of false information.
• In the event of the account holder's death or legal incapacity.

Any remaining valid balance will be returned in the case of closure for legitimate reasons. However, bonuses and winnings derived from bonuses will be forfeited.

6wine does not accept any liability or compensation in the following cases:

• If a game or bet remains incomplete due to internet disconnection or technical issues.
• If a transaction is delayed or fails due to disruption of a third-party payment provider's service.
• Any financial loss arising from a Member's own negligence or deliberate error.
• Loss resulting from sharing account password or login details with a third party.
• Service unavailability during unexpected system maintenance or upgrades.

12.3 Language Preference

These terms and conditions are written in Bengali and that is the official version. In the event of a conflict with any translation in another language, the Bengali version will prevail.
